DTA Field Ops and Procedures
The Department of Transitional Assistance frequently issues policy changes that do not go through the public rule-making process. While DTA regulations are publically available on line (www.mass.gov/dta), most of their subregulatory materials are not published. These materials can be important in Benefits Advocacy. DTA started making State letters electronically available in 2007.
